A grandmother raising her nine year-old granddaughter came to me asking for suggestions on how to help the child adjust to being separated from her mother and siblings. The girl is in my Sunday School class. As I began to think about how to help her, I realized that over half of my class were affected by family split-ups. Thus these lessons were born. 

They are lessons using Biblical examples that will help us understand some of the reasons families split up, and what God can do for these families. The lessons are geared for ages eight and up and can be used for Sunday School lessons, Junior Church or family Bible studies.
