Review of Systematic Theology by Harrill and Rasbeary, Vol 1

I ordered this book for personal theological study, I am glad they decided to write this, it is a valuable asset to church leaders and students.

I have not finished the book yet, I will likely update and expand this review later on.

However, I have finished the first section on Bibliology and was not disappointed, it explains the doctrines clearly without getting too technical, or committing to extra-biblical ideologies.

I especially appreciate their handling of the translation controversy, God's Word is not a mere academic piece and mustn't be treated with irreverent methodology! This has invited liberalism into our school's and public institutions, and ravaged once prosperous cities. At the end of all the disputes, we must return to Scripture.

I have finished the first section of Theology Proper, they did a commendable job surveying the arguments and philosophical basis for God's existence in an easily understandable format.

More to come...
