When you start reading this book, you will not want to put it down. Brother Beller wrote this in a way for anybody to be able to read it, learn from it, and enjoy it. His research is second to none. This book fired me up! God used it to place in me a burden to plant churches. This is the New Testament model and we need to get back to it! Stop trying to build kingdoms to ourselves. Every Bible college should use this book and make it required reading. We need a generation of men that have the spirit of adventure and pioneering. Young men, stop designing a position, a paycheck, a parsonage and a Pontiac! Desire the power of God and the call to plant churches.

This book shows me what I wanted to learn over fifty years ago while in college. My history teacher used a text that taught Catholic Church history in a Baptist school. I asked him why we studied this ! His answer was this was the text he was given. I had studied history in school and on my own for years before I took his class, and some time later working in his home, he said to me: I thought you, that''s me, were a fourth year student. It was my first year after military service USMC Viet Nam. This book is one Great read of History His-Story in America. It needs to be the text in all of our schools.

I love the historical hard evidence this book provides to give nay-sayers an irrefutable reproof. This book gives you a respect for the doctrines that were and are worth dying for, the spiritual hills worth defending.
